Council fills vacant Council Seat

On behalf of Ada Village Council, we were excited to have received 10 eligible letters of interest to fill the Council seat left vacant by the passing of Don Fleming.  Council took due diligence in considering each of the applicants, including interviewing each available candidate.  The decision was not easy, thanks, in part, to the dedication and interest in public service that each of the applicants exhibited.

After meeting on Monday, October 26th, and deliberating on Wednesday, October 28th, Village Council voted unanimously to appoint Noah Ristau to the vacant seat.

We look forward to working with Mr. Ristau over the next year.  Mr. Ristau will be formally sworn in during the Council meeting on November 10th

We continue to encourage residents to take an active role in serving the community of Ada.
