CCA Taxpayer Assistance Day Postponed Indefinitely

The Taxpayer Assistance Day scheduled to be held in the Ada Historic Depot on  Saturday, March 21, 2020 from 10a-2p has been postponed indefinitely.  Below please see the notice received by the Village from CCA:

Pursuant to the Mayor of the City of Cleveland’s emergency decree through his Public Policy Team, the CCA – Division of Taxation has officially postponed all scheduled taxpayer’s assistance days.  Please note, this includes by appointment only days also.  This is effective beginning with March 14, 2020 taxpayer’s assistance dates, going forward.  We will be happy to reschedule an on-site taxpayer assistance after the emergency is contained.  As an alternative option, please remind your residents that they can mail their tax documents to our office, and we will process the tax return for them.  Please ask them to include a phone number with their tax information.  Tax information can be mailed to:

All three CCA offices (Cleveland, Hamilton, Parma Heights) will also stop seeing taxpayer’s beginning on Monday, March 16, 2020.  There will be drop-off boxes located at each office location.  We will require the taxpayer to leave a phone number so that we can contact them.
